Account Opening Regulations

We offer two types of accounts: (1) Practitioner Account (2) Business/Clinic Account

Account Holder Requirements

• Business or clinic owners can apply for a Business/Clinic Account.
• A clinic account must designate a licensed practitioner as the Account Holder.
• If the business owner is not a licensed practitioner, another licensed practitioner can be designated as the Account Holder for the clinic.

Responsibilities and Obligations

For Practitioners:

• If a practitioner serves as the Account Holder for a clinic account, they must first open their own personal account.
• If the practitioner no longer wishes to serve as the Account Holder for the clinic account and wants to sever the connection with the clinic, please notify us.
• If there are any changes to the practitioner’s license, please notify us so we can adjust the account permissions accordingly.

For Clinics:

• The business owner must ensure that the clinic account always has a licensed practitioner serving as the Account Holder.
• Please notify us if there are any changes to the current Account Holder.

一、執業者帳戶

執照需求

僅接受持有有效執照的執業者開立執業者帳戶。

 責任義務

若執業者的執照有異動，請通知我們，以便調整帳戶權限。

二、商業/診所帳戶

帳戶管理者需求

• 商業或診所擁有者可以申請商業/診所帳戶。
• 診所帳戶必須指定一位持有有效執照的執業者作為帳戶的帳戶管理者。
• 若商業擁有者本人並非執業者，可由另一位有執照的執業者作為診所的帳戶管理者。

責任義務

執業者的責任義務：

• 若執業者擔任診所帳戶的帳戶管理者，需要先開立自己的個人帳戶。
• 當執業者不再擔任診所帳戶的帳戶管理者，且欲解除與診所的連結時，請通知我們。
• 若執業者的執照有異動，請通知我們，以便調整帳戶權限。

診所的責任義務：

• 商業擁有者需確保診所帳戶始終有一位持有有效執照的執業者作為帳戶管理者。
• 當現任帳戶管理者有變動時，請通知我們。
